On the way to Thimpu, you will visit Tachogang Lhakhang where you can capture a beautiful photo of a suspension bridge built over Paro River for temple another side. In Thimpu, we will visit Tashichho Dzong, an administrative and monastic sector with houses throne room of His Majesty the King and Kuensel Phodrang, the world’s largest sitting Buddha statue, Changangkha Monastery, the oldest temple in the valley and Sangaygang, an awesome viewpoint.

We will visit Punakha Dong, also known as the Palace of Great Happiness, showcase the finest example of the arts and crafts of Bhutan.
After exploring the Punakha valley, we retrace our journey to Paro. En-route, we will take an awesome walk through rice fields and the tiny settlement of Pana to Chimi Lhakhang, a temple of fertility. During our stay in Paro, we will visit the National Museum, 17th century Paro Dzong, and Taktsang Monastery which are the most popular most go destination of Bhutan. In the evening, we can walk around old Paro town and exploring local handicraft stores and interacting with local can also be of great fun.
