Ruby Valley Ganesh Himal trek starts from 8 hours drive from Syabrubensi. The trails pass through numerous dense rhododendron and juniper forests, terraced fields, hot springs, undulating rivers, waterfalls and lakes. Ganga Jamuna, a twin waterfall, Tripura Sundari Temple and Kalo, Seto, and Ganesh Kunda are some of the popular attraction of this trekking. The sight of small lakes of Kalo Kunda and Seto Kunda are incredible and popular as Ruby (Gemstone) mine and rubies are minded around the area of these lakes. Along the trail, the trek offers splendid close-up views of majestic Himalayan peaks such as Mt. Manaslu (8156m), Langtang and Ganesh Himalayan ranges, Paldor peak, Boudha Himal, Hinchuli, Pabil Himal, etc. Pansang La Pass at 3900m is the highest and the finest outlook point of Ruby Valley Trekking to capture the beautiful view of Ganesh Himal range.

Ruby valley trails are blessed with hundreds of species of precious medical herbs, colourful wildflowers, and more than 200 species of birds and wildlife including musk deer, Jharal goats, wild boars, Langur monkeys, pheasants, and partridges. This region is dominated by Tamang, Gurung, and Ghale in the north higher elevation whereas Brahmin, Chhetri, Newar and Chepang in the low elevation south offering a diverse culture of different ethnic groups. Tipling, Jharlang and Sertung are some of the authentic villages you will come across while trekking.
